Great Question! We’ve partnered with some AMAZING artists for PinTober, a celebration of all that’s spoopy, and as a reward for supporting 3 or more campaigns, you’ll receive a FREE pin from EACH campaign you’ve backed! Make sure to back us, and then head on over to the PinTober page to select 2 or more other campaigns you’d like to support! Your mini-pins will be added automatically after the campaign ends, in the pledge manager.

In addition we’ve also run a successful crowdfunding campaign previously in collaboration with The Dungeon Artist to produce the Quest Chest.
We also have an established digital presence at www.bookwyrmgames.com and we’re at most of the Fancon and Comic Con conventions that happen in Western North America, so we’re not going anywhere :)
The designs are complete and ready to go, we just need your help to get these pins made!

Pay Over Time Option for Custom Pin Tier!
We wanted to offer everyone the opportunity to have us design a CUSTOM PIN! We realize that this tier is more expensive, because it’s a lot of work to create custom artwork like this, so we wanted to make it a little bit more accessible. For this tier we have opened up a Pay Over Time option to allow you to split your payment into multiple installments!
Backers who select pay over time will pay their balance in four monthly payments, beginning after the campaign ends. No additional fees or interest will be applied to your order. Subsequent payments will be charged monthly
Some things to note -
- Rewards will not qualify for shipment until you have paid in full.
- Any partial payments made are not eligible for a refund.
- You will not be able to access the pledge manager survey until after you have paid in full.

Let's talk about shipping?
Shipping is weird at the moment, and that moment has stretched into three or more years if we’re being honest. We think we’ve got a pretty good handle on what it costs to ship things though through our main business, so we feel fairly confident in our projection of around $19 CAD ($14 USD) to pretty much anywhere in North America. Elsewhere is likely to be slightly more, but we’re going to do our best to keep the numbers down! Shipping will be charged after the campaign ends, in order to get the most accurate numbers. We expect it’s likely that the cost will go down from what’s been suggested here, but we’re being cautious!

How does the Pledge Manager Work?
Hey, thanks for supporting us! The pledge manager is how we gather information about all the rewards you’ve backed for! A survey will be going out to help you decide which specific pins, stickers, prints, and other exciting items you would like, and the pledge manager helps us organize all this info. It also acts as a handy little pre-order storefront for anyone who missed the campaign!

We’ll be sending out surveys via messenger frog in mid November 2024, so if it’s before then likely we haven’t sent them yet! If it’s late November or into December and you still haven’t received your survey it’s possible little Tilly the Frog got lost; please reach out to us so that we can re-send :D

When are Rewards/Pre-orders Being Sent Out?
Our batch of ingredients is likely heading out to everyone mid December 2024! We’ll be doing our best to get them to you as quickly as possible, and we’ll be providing tracking numbers for each and every one. If you haven’t received your brand new ingredients, Witches, and jellies by the end of January 2025 please reach out to us, as one of the delivery brooms may have gone astray, and will need rescuing!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
